Internship Program
The program mission is to provide college Interns with a valuable, hands-on experience of working with a full-service public accounting and Advisory firm. The internship program will provide the Interns with practical experiences encompassing Tax and Accounting/Auditing services that the Firm provides to external clients, while improving their interpersonal communication skills and application of accounting guidance learned through their academic curriculum.

Accountant – Entry Level
As a member of Mildrid Esua, CPA Client Accounting Services team, your skills will be challenged while providing customized accounting services to our high net worth individual and middle market business clients. Through the development of productive working relationships with clients and co-workers, you will gain understanding of client business operations and procedures. The ideal candidate must have 3-7 years of full charge bookkeeping experience, preferably in a CPA firm environment. Senior Tax Associate
This position is for a senior associate with 3 to 6 years public accounting specializing in tax (CPA preferred). The candidate must have experience preparing and/or reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and corporations, preferably with an emphasis on complex high net worth families and middle market operating businesses and real estate. In addition, experience with Ultra tax cs software, tax research software, and Checkpoint is preferred. Apply here
Executive Assistant/Team Administrator
The Executive Assistant/Team Administrator should produce detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Consistently high quality and precise work is essential as well as willingness to handle and complete multiple tasks at a time. Excellent communication skills needed to work with clients, partners and peers. Job knowledge and competency is built through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers.

Tax Manager
This position is for a manager with 6 plus years of public accounting specializing in tax. CPA is required, with an M.S. in Taxation preferred. The candidate must have experience reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S and C corporations, nonprofits, trusts and work papers using UltraTax CS Tax and Engagement. Must have an ability to develop and manage detailed budgets and delivery timelines, analyze complex tax situations, and conduct tax research as well as communicate with clients and effectively manage team members.
