Mildrid Esua CPA, PLLC has a transparent and straightforward fee structure. Most business services and tax preparation fees follow the descriptions below. However, disorganization can increase your fees.

Time is a non-renewable resource that cannot be stored or refunded. Therefore, the published fee ranges are designed to correspond with the expected time spent. Additionally, historical tax preparation fees are maintained for returning clients whenever possible, though this does not mean fees will never increase. The cost of living increases affect everyone, including our staff of accounting professionals.

Fees can decrease too. For example, one year you sold a rental, exercised stock options, and moved between states, leading to higher fees. The next year, with no rental or stock options and no moving, it means less time and a lower fee.

Individual Tax Preparation

We offer tax preparation for small businesses, LLCs, rental properties, foreign income exclusions, capital gains, and asset dispositions. Fees range from $399 to $999, including August and November tune-ups for individual returns.

Business Tax Preparation

We specialize in business consultation, deduction optimization, and tax return preparation. The fee range for partnership and corporate tax returns is typically $899 to $1,399, which includes August and November tune-ups, depending on the quality of your accounting records.

Business Formation

An LLC, partnership, or corporation can be created for $629 plus the state filing fees. This includes the Articles, EIN, Operating Agreement, S Corp election (if applicable) and a consultation to assist in starting the venture. Discounts are available for multi-tiered entity structures.

S -Corp Election

We can tax your entity as an S corporation for $469. A late S Corp election back to January 1, 2025, is available for $450. This can help you save 8 to 10% on net business income by lowering self-employment taxes.

Online Accountant

Fractional Controller and small business bookkeeping services cost $299 to $799 per month. Payroll for up to 10 employees, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit, is $199 per month.

Tax Consultation

Our fee is $199 for 40 minutes. If we work together again, the $199 will be credited towards future services. Get immediate answers! If we can’t help, we’ll let you know and refund the consultancy fee. Low risk, high reward!
